Oil Reset Procedure for Lincoln Continental for the year 2019
1. Simple to follow oil reset procedure for Lincoln Continental for the year
2. Press the RIGHT ARROW button to move through the message center choices. Select SETTINGS.
3. Press the RIGHT ARROW button to move through the message center choices. Select VEHICLE.
4. Press the RIGHT ARROW button to move through the message center choices. Select OIL LIFE.
5. Press the RIGHT ARROW button to move through the message center choices. Select HOLD OK TO RESET.
6. Press the OK button to select highlighted options and confirm choices/messages.
Oil Reset Procedure for Lincoln Continental for the year 2017 through 2020
1. Close all doors. Gearbox in Park position.
2. Turn the ignition On. Don’t start the engine.
3. Press the GEAR button to display SETTINGS, then use the scroll button to navigate ADVANCED SETTINGS then press OK button.
4. Then Select VEHICLE, then press OK button.
5. Then scroll to OIL LIFE RESET, then press OK button.
6. Press and hold the OK button to reset the OIL LIFE to 100%.
7. Turn the ignition off. The oil reset is complete.
Or you can also try this procedure;
1. Turn the ignition to the “ON” position.
Do not start the engine.
2. Press the [wp-svg-icons icon=”cogs” wrap=”i”] button to enter to the SETTINGS menu
The button is located on the steering wheel
3. Scroll down and then select ADVANCED SETTINGS menu.
4. Go to VEHICLE menu.
select this menu.
5. Scroll to OIL LIFE menu.
select this menu.
6. Push and hold the OK button until it resets to 100%.
7. Turn off the ignition and then restart the engine.
Done.

1. Turn the engine switch to the “ON” position
If your vehicle has the keyless starting system, press the ENGINE START STOP button without pressing the brake pedal
2. Go to the SETTINGS menu by pressing the button
The button is located on the steering wheel
3. Find and select ADVANCED SETTINGS menu
Use the ▲▼ to scroll the menu and press OK to select
4. Select VEHICLE
Use the ▲▼ to scroll the menu and press OK to select
5. Scroll to OIL LIFE
Press OK to select the menu
6. Press and hold the OK button until “Reset Successful” appears on the screen
The remaining oil life display will changes to 100%

The Lincoln Continental is a series of luxury automobiles that are produced by Lincoln, a division of the American automaker Ford Motor Company. These automobiles range in size from mid-sized to full-sized. After the construction of a personal vehicle for Edsel Ford, who commissioned a coachbuilt 1939 Lincoln-Zephyr convertible to be developed as a vacation vehicle to attract potential Lincoln buyers, the model line was introduced following the completion of the vehicle’s construction. The exterior was given European or “continental” styling elements, such as a spare tire mounted in the trunk or on the rear bumper, which contributed to the naming of the model line.
Lincoln has produced ten generations of the Continental over the course of its over fifty-five years of production, which spans nine different decades. The Lincoln Continental has been used for a variety of purposes across the lineup of Lincoln models, ranging from the brand’s flagship vehicle to the company’s entry-level sedan. In addition, there have been three separate breaks in the model series. The nameplate was placed in temporary retirement from 1949 until 1955.
