About Honda Fit

The third generation of the Fit was able to achieve improvements in acceleration, safety, and fuel economy over its predecessors. Additionally, it brought connectivity and conveniences typical of the modern era, such as the availability of heated leather seats as an option. The incredible space efficiency and interior versatility that were hallmarks of the Fit are, for the most part, carried over to this model. The bottom cushions of the rear seat can be flipped up to create a deep well, and the seat itself can fold down into an extremely flat and low position.

The car’s handling is very nimble, which makes it a lot of fun to carve corners in. The engine is lively, and the vehicle achieves a respectable combined 33 miles per gallon of fuel economy. The continuously variable transmission (CVT), on the other hand, has some annoying quirks and amplifies the engine noise to an unacceptable degree. The ride is significantly more stable than in earlier models, despite its considerable stiffness. Additionally, the cabin is very noisy, especially when driving on the highway. Even though it has enough space to transport all of your belongings, the Fit’s primary function is not as a traveling companion but rather as a practical local runabout.

With its seemingly impossible capacity to hold much more stuff than its small size would suggest it could hold, the 2020 Honda Fit might as well be one of those magical clown cars. Most people would be surprised to learn that the subcompact hatchback offered by Honda has more passenger space than is actually possible, and the back seat’s ability to fold in multiple different configurations is the secret to the vehicle’s exceptional versatility.

Even though the current generation of the Fit does not have the same personality as its predecessors in terms of how much fun it is to drive, it still has a very fuel-efficient engine and a ride quality that is very smooth. Naturally, the hatchback’s buzzy engine and some interior materials that are less than spectacular belie the low price of the vehicle.
