Oil Reset Procedure for Ford E-250 2009-2022
Easy to follow oil reset procedure for Ford E-250 for the year 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022.
Ford E-250 oil reset procedure for the year 2009 through 2012.
1. Switch the ignition ON, do not start the engine.
2. Press and release the SELECT/RESET stem to display “OIL LIFE = XXX% HOLD RESET = NEW”.
3. Press and hold the SELECT/RESET stem for two seconds and release. Oil life is set to XX% and “OIL LIFE SET TO XXX%” is displayed.
4. To change oil life 100% miles value from 7,500 miles (12,000 km) or six months to another value, proceed to Step
5. Once “OIL LIFE SET TO XXX%” is displayed, release and press the RESET control switch to change the Oil Life Start Value. Each release and press will reduce the value by 10%.

1. Turn the ignition to the “RUN” position.
2. Press the “SELECT/RESET” stem button to display “OIL LIFE”
3. Hold the “SELECT/RESET” stem for 2 seconds to reset to 100%.
4. Turn the ignition off.
Ford E-250 oil reset procedure for the year 2021 through 2022.
1. Turn the ignition ON. Not turning the engine completely on but just to the on position.
2. Scroll to the left and you’re gonna come to your main menu.
3. Scroll down to where it says DRIVER ASSIST and click OK on that.
4. Click MAINTENANCE MONITOR.
5. Hold down the OK button and as you can see the oil life has been reset.
About Ford E-250
An auxiliary audio input jack is now standard equipment on the 2012 Ford E-250; however, Steel Blue Metallic paint and new 16-inch cast-aluminum wheels are now available as optional upgrades. Other than those two changes, the 2012 Ford E-250 is identical to the model from the previous year.

Buyers have the option of going with either a 4.6-liter V-8 that generates 225 horsepower or a 5.4-liter V-8 that generates 255 horsepower. Both motors are attached to a single automatic transmission that has four gears.
In addition, Ford provides a plethora of optional features that are certain to come in handy on the job site. The Crew Chief system from Ford is available as an option for the E-250, and it gives fleet managers the ability to remotely monitor vehicle statistics and maintenance records as well as dispatch drivers. It is anticipated that the Sirius Traffic and Travel link as well as SYNC will make it possible for drivers to communicate safely while on the move and navigate heavy traffic.
