Oil Reset Procedure for Volvo XC90 for the year 2003 through 2005
1. Turn ignition to “POSITION I”.
2. Press and hold trip odometer reset button and turn ignition to “POSITION II” within 2 seconds.
3. Continue to hold button for 10 seconds, release when light begins to flash.
4. A sound will be heard and the light will turn off.
5. Turn ignition off.

1. Turn ignition to “POSITION I”.
2. Press and hold trip odometer reset button and turn ignition to “POSITION II” within 2 seconds.
3. Continue to hold button for 10 seconds, release when light begins to flash.
4. A sound will be heard and the light will turn off.
5. Turn ignition off.

1. Turn ignition to “POSITION I”.

About Volvo XC90
The Volvo XC90, now in its second generation, is a mid-size luxury SUV manufactured and marketed by Volvo Cars since 2002.
The first generation debuted at the 2002 North American International Auto Show, and it shared the Volvo P2 platform with the first generation Volvo S80 and other large Volvo vehicles. It was built at Volvo’s Torslandaverken plant. Volvo moved the first generation’s production equipment to China and ended Swedish production at the end of 2014, renaming the car the Volvo XC Classic (or Volvo XC90 Classic).

Volvo had begun development of a second generation XC90 under the codename Y305 using Ford’s EUCD platform, but it was canceled in 2008 because Ford would not have enough funds to also facelift the rest of the Volvo lineup. (Source: Wiki)
