Oil Reset Procedure for Mercedes-Benz SLK280 2004-2010

Simple to follow oil reset procedure for Mercedes-Benz SLK280 for the year 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010.

Oil Reset Procedure for Mercedes-Benz SLK280 for the year 2006 through 2008

1. Turn ignition to “POSITION 1”.

2. Press the “3” button repeatedly until mileage is displayed.

3. Press the cluster illumination button quickly 3 tmes, battery voltage will be displayed.

4. Press the up or down buttons repeatedly until service menu is displayed.

5. Use the “+/-” buttons to highlight “CONFIRM”.

6. Press the system selection button to confirm.

7. Press “+/-” repeatedly until “COMPLETE SERVICE” is highlighted.

8. Press system selection button to confirm, “SERVICE CONFIRMED” will be displayed.

9. Turn ignition off.

1. Turn the ignition to position 1.

2. Press the cluster illumination button (lower left of instrument panel) quickly 3 times. The battery voltage will be displayed.

3. Press the up or down buttons until the service menu appears.

4. Use the +/- buttons to select menu option “CONFIRM”.

5. Press the system selection button until “COMPLETE SERVICE” is selected.

6. Confirm “Complete Service” with the system selection button. The display will show “SERVICE CONFIRMED”.
