Infiniti G35 oil reset procedure for the year 2005 through 2006
1. Turn ignition to the “RUN” position.
2. Press the “INFO” button to access the “VEHICLE INFORMATION” screen.
3. Using the joystick, choose “MAINTENANCE” and press the “ENTER” button.
4. Select”ENGINE OIL” and press “ENTER”. Choose “RESET” and press the “ENTER” button.
5. Repeat steps for “OIL FILTER” option.
6. Turn ignition off.

Monitor:
1. Turn ignition on without starting engine (press “START/STOP” button once).
2. Press the “INFO” button and select “MAINTENANCE”.
3. Select “ENGINE OIL” and then select “RESET”.
4. Press the “BACK” button. Select “OIL FILTER” and then select “RESET”.
5. Press the “BACK” button until you return to the main menu. Turn ignition off.
Trip Menu:
1. Turn ignition on without starting engine (press “START/ STOP” button once).
2. Press the sqare button repeatedly to select “SETTING” menu.
3. Press the circle button to select. Use the square button to select “OIL”.
4. Follow the promts to reset. Repeat for “FILTER”.
5. Select “BACK” to exit to main menu.
6. Turn ignition off.

1. Turn ignition to the “RUN” position.
2. Press the “INFO” button to access the “VEHICLE INFORMATION” screen.

5. Press the “BACK” button until you return to the main menu. Turn ignition off.

About Infiniti G35
In time for the 2007 model year, the G35 sedan went through a significant redesign. This 2nd generation front-mid (FM) platform that underpins the new G is shared in part with the Infiniti M. It features several structural reinforcements around the engine and rear floor area, in addition to three times more laser welding and 16 percent more spot welds than the previous iteration. Additionally, the overall body stiffness was improved by 40 percent. The twin lower links found on the first generation model have been replaced in the front by single-pivot lower control arms. ATTESA E-TS is the name of the all-wheel drive system that comes standard on the G35x sedan.
In addition to these chassis enhancements, models that were equipped with the Sport package featured larger front brake calipers, firmer rear shocks, and larger rotors all around that measured 13 inches (330 millimeters) in diameter. The front and rear rotors had previously measured 12.6 and 12.1 inches respectively. Automobiles equipped with a sport package also have a viscous limited slip differential installed. Models that already come equipped with the sport package have the option to add an all-new Active Steering package to their purchase. It is comparable to BMW in that it has a planetary gearset mounted on the steering shaft. This gearset allows the steering ratio to be adjusted anywhere from 12.0:1 to 18.5:1.
